You are right, I did not see the posted receipt, but like I said, even if she did pay for the bike her behavior earned her that title. As a professional who works in a hospital setting it is frightening to think of her working with patients! I would think she would have used better judgment.

Yes, be a good girl and cede her space and property to men.

Ok, I just saw the receipt… why was the time blurred out??? Yeah… ok

Now compare it to the man’s receipt.

I wouldn’t have cared! When I was pregnant If I thought I was in an unsafe situation all that mattered to me was protecting my safety, it wouldn’t have been trying to prove a point or worrying about a bike that I didn’t even own. Geesh!

Why blur the time stamp on the receipt she's produced? The only reason to blur the time stamp is because it wasn't for that time period.

So basically nothing like this happened to you. Thanks for sharing how you know you would behave in a situation you have no experience in. It’s really helpful here.

You don’t know what I have experienced, but glad to be of help!

You said you would not have cared. It’s a hypothetical. This didn’t happen to you so nobody cares.

You are clearly both racist and misogynist.

So because I don’t believe her that makes me a racist and and a misogynist?? Oh…ok, whatever!

The assumption that the teens were trying to steal the bike is also wrong. Acording to her lawyer, they pushed the bike back into the stand relocking it. That isn't how you steal something. And the guy beside her had his phone open to the app and scanned the QR code during the video so he had already paid.

Starting to say the guys were thieves and stealing a bike really doesn't help anything about this situation.

Refusing to believe her in the face of the evidence supporting her makes you racist and misogynist, yes. Glad you figured that out.

Truth.

No matter if she was right or wrong she should have known better than to stay in the situation as it were, especially as she was filmed. This never turns out well for people like her.

But, why would they do that with her on it? Why not just contact the company then physically grab her and the bike to shove it back? Why make nasty comments about her being pregnant and the baby. Why film it as your first response? The entire situation makes no sense. Maybe he didn't pay already and she had paid and he was scanning it to get a receipt to show her he paid, despite her having already paid for it.
