"first time caller!!!"....for any of you who aren't familiar with this motto, it's what callers yell when they call in for the first time to 94.1 Orlando and the Freak Show in Tampa, the djs all respond by yelling it 3 times in a row. ugh....Makes me grind my teeth. Anyway, if ever you hear it on the Kane Show this would be the reason for the most awkward moment following.

A little OT, but I listened to sarah fraser's first podcast episode. I had to turn it off after ten minutes of conversation about 'how cool it was that they could curse now' and some conversation about avoiding anal sex or whether it was safe. I feel like Sarah tries way too hard to be young and hip when she probably would do better acting her age and catering to professional woman, not drunk college girls or the type of people who think 'anal sex he he he' is the most hilarious thing. just my two cents.

I tried listening too. It. Was. Awful.

Way too much talk of her anal fissure (seriously), and way too much Sammy, period. He really dumbs her down, and that's not saying much.

They did say that 107.3 had done really well in the November ratings, which doesn't surprise me given all those that fled the Kane show after his meltdown.

i liked her podcast, and I love Sammy, who IJ is trying to be like in terms of humor and wittiness but i think he fails at it.

I've officially stopped listening to the show. I used to listen to it every morning and it's slowly gotten worse and worse. I found myself only turning it on some days and now I've completely stopped.

I'm the same way. I used to listen and enjoy it every single day. Now, it's really gone downhill and I listen only occasionally. It's mainly just background noise if it's on. It's frustrating because it used to be a really good radio show.
