This should be on loop.

Trump is GOP's anvil.

Now YOU can't get on an airplane without proper ID, but these illegal aliens? Sure. YOU can't travel all over the country without a covid test, but these illegal aliens? Sure. You aren't given credit cards loaded with eleven thousand dollars, but these illegal aliens? Sure. YOU vets will remain homeless, but these illegal aliens will be given room and board at $300 a night hotels for months on end. The cities are going broke...but so what. Everything is wonderful as long as the "browning of America" continues. Just make sure they don't some to certain places like Martha's Vineyard or Denver or other liberal enclaves with gated communities.

Sincerely yours,
The DNC

This is completely fair as long as we can fault a certain Texas Governor for throwing immigrants on a bus and plane rides to other states....

You realize you've created an agitative situation of pitting state against state, right. That seems to be what you leftists revel in.

Not really. If you're scared to death of migrants and hate them illegally entering, it surely would suck if a governor takes those migrants and gets them on transit to SPREAD even further out through the country.

DP. The point, which you insist on missing over and over, is that liberals are quite happy to pay lip service to welcoming migrants. Well, as long as they’re not in THEIR backyard. Out of sight, out of mind, amirite? Once they become a reality in YOUR life, then all of a sudden we have “a problem.” You people are the poster children for hypocrisy.

I have lived 95% of my life with and around migrants - shopping, eating, living life etc., including growing up and going to school and my kids doing the same.

Now, I do think we need to streamline the process of immigration but that is a separate issue.

You are very much in the minority if you have no problem with illegal immigrants receiving free healthcare, housing, and education in the U.S.

You do realize that even those who are undocumented are largely paying taxes right? They are contributing to those things just the same as you and me. It’s not “free.”

Sorry, no. When they receive free emergency room care (using it like a typical doctor’s office) , the taxpayers are footing the bill. When their children crowd the schools, the kids who are actually citizens get far less attention. We all know this. The “paying taxes” trope is absurd. Most are paid in cash, under the table, any amount of taxes taken out are minuscule. Just stop with your ridiculous excuses for importing more and more poverty.
DP

Exactly.

No way. She's not even close to as likeable.

You’re out of touch. Democrats have practically lifted her to sainthood, even though she personally hosted Harvey at the White House.

Kamala Harris was complicit in a massive coverup to hide and deny the fact that Joe Biden was not capable of discharging the duties of the office.

She also was the the border czar during the worst border crisis in American history.

Democrats are just rearranging the deck chairs on the Titanic.

+1. Huge trainwreck for the Dems

And so much fun to watch.

What is it that you think Trump will accomplish as a lame duck President who will still be dealing with trials, lawsuits, and jail time? Just about everyone in his last administration quit and said horrible things about him. What super wonderful things did he accomplish in his first term? He’s going to preoccupied with handing out pardons to all of his followers from J6 and other loyalists, maneuvering to get all of his federal charges dismissed, handing out awards to Rudy and The My Pillow Guy, cozying up to despots and Putin, building monuments to himself and figuring out ways to go after Democrats. The last thing on his mind is actually doing anything that benefits the country and not him in particular.

Scary, but yes, this sounds about right.

You’re aware that Kamala’s staff did exactly the same thing, right?
DP

Cabinet members are different than regular staff. But, you know, not only did Cabinet members not want to come back, but so many people also left during Trump's stint in the WH.

Ok, I can see that you’re not going to acknowledge Kamala’s toxic work environment and all the people who left because of it.

I know someone who witnessed Kamala’s toxic work environment first hand. She’s another bit*hy Hillary, but a bit younger.

And we all witnessed Trump’s “work environment” for four years. Omarosa
escorted out, Flynn immediately out (and a criminal) Giuliani planning to sue him for unpaid bills…but sure you really care about the workplace your candidate engenders we absolutely believe this matters to you.

Hahaha so true.

And still better than Rumpus.

Who by the way is also a b to work for. Look at how high the turnover in his administration was - unprecedented.

Source? Not sure how he would have commented since she doesn’t even have the nomination yet. Obama, AOC still haven’t signaled support for her.

WHEELS UP HEELS UP

Why would Whitmer agree to being the VP? I thought she had her eyes on 2028.

A white woman couldn't get elected in '16. Have we grown that much since then to elect a woman of color and you think 2 women will win?! Keep dreaming. It will happen in year 2120.

A white woman won the majority in 2016. Then we saw what happened for four years under Trump.

DP. I think a white woman could be elected (just not HRC, and I say this as someone who likes her and enthusiastically voted for her in 2016), or a nonwhite man, but not a nonwhite woman. I say this as a South Asian woman myself.

I don’t particularly like Kamala Harris, but more than that I just don’t think she can win the electoral college.

I think the first woman POTUS will have to have a flawless record, no skeletons, be just experienced enough, smart but with a smarter husband, and she'll have to look like Grace Kelly, but with absolutely no sex appeal.

I think the turnaround approval of Harris will show the truth- the democrats have plenty of “winning” candidates, but won’t stfu about purity testing to actually try them out.

We don’t run women, because we complain endlessly that they don’t not be seen as “presidential” (code for we don’t see them as good enough)

We consistently choose the most mediocre from the hat for “likelihood” when it’s the media who fully can easily run a favorable take on every candidate, even ones as “extreme” as Bernie, but we don’t try at all, because some fictional dissatisfied republicans in Wisconsin MIGHT choose a mediocre moderate white dem.

Anonymous wrote:Yes, Joe Manchin should be the VP. Maybe they have chance of winning if they pick someone like that.

Then he should have supported more of the Dem agenda and stayed as a registered democrat.

Why is it people expect democrats to support non-democrats in elected office?

Hogan, Romney, Sanders and now Manchin.

Why is the same standard not applied to the GOP?

No one’s voting on who has the workplace environment. But if you want to tarnish Trump on it, Kamala is a weak choice to do so.

Then the GOP should have passed their own immigration reform bill that Biden said he would sign.

Trump told them not to, so they didn't.

GOP owns the issue now, and not in a good way.

If it were a serious problem, it would have been dealt with in a serious manner.
