So we're back to a guy who was registered as an R. And some initial social media stuff indicates that he was part of a QAnon like right wing fringe. |

As a woman, it's hard to understand such women who support "trad wives", but I have to remember that not all women are the same, just as not all men are the same. I've always been somewhat of a feminist and have strong opinions; my friends may have similar opinions as me, but they aren't as strongly opinionated. They have lived more traditional lives, and they are happy with that. I started watching A Handmaid's Tale, and I can now kind of understand how these women end up supporting men with misogynistic ideals, and then later regret them. |

At 400feet, he would need time to lay down, he probably had to crawl across roof because standing would expose him, and then scope him and fire. It's not quick. 400ft is midrange hunters shot, but they likely have more experience, are stationary in a blind, and aren't fearing for their life if they are seen. |

Those blaming the local police and Secret Service need to consider the entire context. Consider how much time it takes to alert authorities, relay that information to command, check out the allegation before using DEADLY FORCE, then getting the OK to use it. Imagine if they would have killed someone repairing a roof or another officer, then we’d be complaining about their wanton use of force. Further, all of this is happening in a very short period of time, and decisions can’t be wrong.
And while we’re talking about quick and safe decision making, consider the stupidity of a shot former president thinking it’s more important to stay on stage, fist pump, and yell “fight” than vacate. But, somehow that irrational and unsafe behavior gets a pass, even though he put his Secret Service detail and the crowd in more danger due to his narcissistic behavior. |

Secret Service was trying to do their job and follow protocol but dumb Trump was fighting them every step of the way. You can literally see them pulling at him to get him down the stairs when he stops to do his fist pumping. |
