Trump impeachment lawyer calls on Georgia election fraud prosecutor Nathan Wade to step down after explosive Fani Willis affair allegations:

Norm Eisen, who served as special counsel to the House Judiciary Committee during former President Donald Trump’s first impeachment trial, told The Washington Post that controversy surrounding Nathan Wade’s hiring as special prosecutor will only continue to snowball — and the allegations of impropriety risk delaying a verdict for the former president and his 14 co-defendants.

“If he were to come to me as ethics czar … I would tell him that no matter the law discretion is the better course of valor,” Eisen told the outlet.

He went on though to call the the pair’s personal relationship “unwise,” and added that while there’s no legal basis to disqualify Wade from his role as special prosecutor under Georgia law, the pair’s alleged behavior — such as claims that Wade showered Willis with airline tickets and others gifts — could violate Fulton County’s ethics policies.

On Friday, county Commissioner Bob Ellis demanded Willis provide any information related to Wade’s appointment as special prosecutor in the Trump case.

It was such an incredibly stupid decision for DA Fani Willis to appointment her boyfriend, Nathan Wade, a grifter with no trial experience, to be the Special Prosecutor in one of the most important cases in American history. In one fell swoop, she destroyed the legitimacy of the court, the proceedings, and the verdict. She also turned Georgia into a certain red state in November. Trump will win it easily now.

This case feeds into the perception that democrats are dirty and incompetent. And that all these cases are part of a witch-hunt against a former president. It's not surprising he's showing up at every trial now. It strengthens him enormously.

Democrats were given a gift with this state case. And as always, they f#ck it up because they cannot even manage basic professionalism.

Why would you hire Nathan Wade to lead a RICO case with no experience?

Is your other employees going on vacation with you as well?

Why is Mr. Wade getting paid almost 7 times more money than the others with no experience with RICO cases?

Why would you waste taxpayers money like that Fani on a RICO case with no merit?

Did the Biden’s administration have something to do with RICO case against President Trump and others?

Overall, Fani hired a inexperience Lead prosecutor to charge Trump with a manufactured RICO CASE with taxpayers money.

Fani Willis knew she didn’t have a RICO case from day one. This is why she hired her lover with no experience in a high profile case.

I am in Georgia and went through the same issue in my divorce.

Found out about infidelity after divorce was filled. Made a huge difference in how the proceedings went from that point. She has Wade over a barrel now.

Wait. You think that someone allegedly having an affair means Trump didn't commit the crimes in the 91 indictments a grand jury found probably cause to indict?

+1 Fani and Wade may be intelligent, educated attorneys; but they are lacking in the commonsense and morality areas.
