DA vs ECNL vs everything else

You 05 06 parents are a scrappy bunch.

Chill TF out.

If you don't get an offer you can always play 3rd tier Loudoun ECNL

No, I meant that Spirit are being patient. Not one person has said offers have not been made. You seem to confuse that by believing ALL offers have been made. I would guarantee you that going into last night there were 4-5 “open” slots left for each 06 and 05 team. There were likely some girls there who were asked to come back last night and unless they saw someone significantly better in the last night that those call back players, if there were any, would get an offer to round out the roster.

There is zero chance that offers for a full team went out in February. So I’m not really sure what you are arguing or insecure about. If your kid got a promise of an offer in April that will likely stand unless 10 Alex Morgan’s walked onto the field last night. But such a promise is not binding until you are asked to pay a deposit, which will likely come this week so congratulations when it does.

Definitely the most intelligent post on this, and summarizes what is going on. Some people are shocking insecure and immature. I wonder if it's parents or actual 05s and 06s with all of this name calling and "sum" and jerk". Wow! I'm glad my kid doesn't play for whichever ecnl they hail from.

And on top of it, there is a good chance that they will be standing on the same sideline at games and practices with the person they have been addressing in such a manor.

Congratulations on trying to mislead everyone that offers were not "actual." No one said rosters were fully locked up. If you knew anything about travel soccer and how reputable clubs work with their offers, you would not have tried to mislead parents on this board. You should be ashamed especially if you read the same emails I did or are connected to the club. From the people that I spoke with and who went, my impression is that they were well more than five or six spots open on the 05 and 06 new teams.

Not sure what your damage is but it is obvious 2 different points are being made and you are obsessed with the emails showing intent that you even clarify weren't for your own child. A person is on the roster when a deposit is made. Some kids may have gotten emails of intent but until that moment, it isn't set. For either party. Parents can back out too, and this has been around for quite some time.

Another poster already brilliantly summarized what was meant, so go have some Prozac and relax.

^^^

And the important point in all of this isn't even if an offer has been made. The important point is when the roster is set and the spots are filled. WS will max rosters at 20 this year. Could be less, but it won't be more. Until the, what matters is that sports are still available.

Some of yall are crazier then all get out.

Does anyone now about kids trying to break into existing WS rosters?

Heard VDA and Mclean looking around. But haven't been around to see it with my own eyes. Rumor or facts?

Certainly both have shown up in decent numbers to multiple age groups, including an 01 spring pick up from McClean already.

So the question is what club will be the biggest benificarys of talent aquistions this year on the girls side.

My Guess based on this thread is that there is a lot of movement around the Mclean / BRYC / WS area.

Why TF are you all arguing about offers? None of you control any of it.
