For the hundredth time, no one is talking about creative disputes. They are talking about facts that, in sum, appear to amount to a hostile work environment. The fact that you want to reduce those complaints to creative disputes is your problem. It isn’t our problem that you want to redefine SH into something that requires an overt act verging in SA. |
+1, it the relevant issue is that Justin repeatedly yelled at Saks, and only Saks, over these creative disputes, AND admitted in writing to her when apologizing for one of these outbursts that he had been struggling specifically with interrupting and mansplaining to women lately. And also that when they had a creative dispute on set, his outburst was physically aggressive in a way that made Saks feel physically threatened. That the underlying disputes was related to creative differences is irrelevant. It could have been about lunch or a misunderstanding about the timing of a meeting. It doesn't matter. It's evidence of Justin treating women, specifically, on set with aggression and hostility. |
Meanwhile Baldoni cries like a baby when Reynolds yells at him lmao. |
Meanwhile Lively cries wolf about sexual harassment when it never happened lmao. |

"The emotional impact on Ms. Lively has been extreme, not only affecting her, but her family, including her husband and four children. There are days when she has struggled to get out of bed, and she frequently chooses not to venture outside in public. While she has fought to maintain her personal life and business interests, behind closed doors she has suffered from grief, fear, trauma, and extreme anxiety."
She deserves this.<3 |
Please keep posting stuff like this. It’s definitely going to help drum up public support for Baldoni. He is so lucky to have people like you on his side. |
Thank you! I know, right? <3 |
| Everytime I read the reddit page or some of the anti-Lively stuff I think of the Swift lyric "Tone deaf and hot, let's f'ckin' off her" and the sheer joy they seem to get doing it. |
OMG, so idiotic. Raising one’s voice and mansplaining aren’t actionable as sexual harassment either. Nor do either have a whit to do with what Blake complains about in her complaint. |
In her response to the Request for Admissions. |
Except when she skips work for Taylor’s concerts. |
I don’t think he needs to worry, outside of the two loyalists on this thread who went from screaming about a birthing scene to screaming “toxic work place,” Baldoni is winning on social media. |
I didn't think Wayfarer even sent Lively RFAs. Lively sent them to WF to authenticate evidence, and they objected to all of them. |
Here’s the link (see photos). Blake Lively and Justin Baldoni finally agree on something! The "little bump" video is real! (/s) No evidence that Wayfarer ever contacted Kjersti Flaa and made her release it. Undisputed. Blake Lively couldn't get Danny Greenberg to lie under oath about the "$100 million dollars to ruin Blake Lively and Ryan Reynolds" life conversation!Greenberg's testimony is Undisputed. Undisputed that Justin Baldoni hugged men on set. Damn Blake, I thought it was only the women! /s Undisputed that Justin Baldoni asked Blake Lively's trainer (also Justin's trainer that he was paying) how much she would weigh when filming began. I thought he called her a fat heffer and said she needed to lose weight? 🤨 Undisputed that Blake Lively directed Jamey Heath to turn around and he initially did so. Huh. I thought Jamey forced his way into Blake's trailer and refused to turn around 🤨 Blake Lively demanded changes to the film's credits, specifically the removal of a film by Justin Baldoni Blake Lively does not dispute this. She just wants to clarify that she did not *demand*, she politely *asked* and "film by JB" was removed. So, Wayfarer wasn't lying 🙄 Undisputed that Blake Lively was provided with a nudity rider. Really? We were told that she never got one. Period. Huh. Interesting. In April 2023 (before filming began) Elizabeth Talbot was hired by IEWU to serve as the film's intimacy coordinator. Undisputed. Didn't Blake Lively say that there was no intimacy coordinator until she demanded one? 🤔 Blake Lively's husband Ryan Reynolds wrote the revisions to the rooftop scene that Blake Lively proposed. Undisputed. So that long essay that Blake Lively sent to Justin Baldoni about previous directors taking her script rewrites, not allowing her input, and not giving her credit was manipulation? Her husband was the one who wrote the scene? From the "female gaze"? So she passed it off as her own work? Then lied to Justin? Only to later announce at the premiere that it was her husband's work? 🥰 Oh, look there is a document that references a Ryle/Lily lift scene. I thought it was made up! /s Undisputed 🙄 Film footage shows Blake Lively explaining to a group of male crew members why her boots are "so sexy". Undisputed. Its on film. What's she gonna do? Lie? Oh, wait...😏 Blake Lively points to incidents in which Defendants spoke to the press about Lively herself. Undisputed that some of these incidents involved pointing out FACTS about Lively or her husband. Oh, so pointing out facts is not a crime? She can’t call the police? She can't add that to her lawsuit??Crazy! "I will be defensive for years." When Sarowitz said this, he meant that he would DEFEND Wayfarer studios. *Undisputed*. No comment. (Okay, just one comment, Blake Lively and Ryan Reynolds are 🤡's) Blake Lively refused to signed the Actor Loanout Agreement. Undisputed. Blake Lively wants to make a small correction! She did not *refuse*, she simply did not sign 🙄 The second phase of filming took place on a New Jersey set, with a *few* additional days in California. Undisputed. So the bulk of the second phase of filming, just like the first phase of filming, did not take place in California? Huh. Interesting. 😏 Blake Lively has *not* provided any evidence that the compensation she received for her work was reduced following her demand for "protections". Undisputed. So, she got a promotion (its a remarkable document!), her pay was not reduced, she took over editing, marketing, firing and hiring people...Damn she was running the entire film! 😳 Adverse employment action? Sure 😏 Vanzan voluntarily dismissed the case on December 19th without any defendant ever appearing in the action. Undisputed. Look at the images posted here. https://www.reddit.com/r/ItEndsWithLawsuits/s/2qKb9OAkan It looks like Requests for Admission but it may be her Response to WF’s Statement of undisputed Facts. In any case, she does now admit that the reporter acted independently of WF. |
| Sorry, I did not mean to copy that whole post into this thread. Here’s the link to the post containing images of the actual responses from Lively. https://www.reddit.com/r/ItEndsWithLawsuits/s/2qKb9OAkan |
