Nope, did you make that up by yourself or it being peddled by his fans? It's as real as the decades of photos of him next to other men of reportedly shorter or the "same height" as him and Trump is always shorter because he's always lied about it.

+1 He’s never been 6’3”. If he wanted people to buy that lie, he needed to stop standing next to other famous people whose height is known.

Do you think Barron is really 6’9” or did they need to lie about his height too to match Trumps lie? Maybe he is 6’5” (still very tall!) and Trump is 6”?

I think people who obsess over Melania being a fashion icon don't get that you can't be a trend follower and a trend setter at the same time. She's not inspiring anyone. She doesn't seem original or interesting to me -- you can find women dressing like this all over Instagram.

I will grant that Hamburglar-chic was an interesting choice, but I don't think it's going to be sweeping the nation.

Nancy Pelosi’s orange Max Mara coat, however. Dang. That made a statement.

Yes, that outfit also wins the Golden Globe for Best Use of Sunglasses in a Political Drama or Comedy

I love that!!

Pic or link?

It's cute!
/(Trump hating Dem for those who think we can't say anything positive)

Wow, she really does not give a damn.

I hate her but have to say she was visiting western NC. So, I consider this appropriate. Dumpy is not wearing a tie—also appropriate.

However, Dumpy told hurricane victims he wants to get rid of FEMA and make states pay for disasters. He only has a concept of a plan…

Not sure how places like MS or NC would pay for a billion in damages? But it would probably make cheap real estate available to billionaires.

It really wasm't appropriate. It was the most IDGAF outfit she could put on, without having those words actually written on the back of her jacket. I'm not outraged by it - more just rolling my eyes. Here we go again.

I think the sunglasses and scowl are what really make it look weird. She looks like the hot older mom at school dropoff before going to exercise class.

What would be better to wear to a disaster zone?

I did disaster work, and we never would dress up in those situations—even if we were not doing the labor. The people who appeared on TV would be dressed in jeans to seem more appealing.

Well jeans would have been a lot more appropriate. You can look at literally thousands of photos of elected officials and their spouses at disaster sites to see what is more appropriate than black tights, a puffer, and a giant scowl.

Here are the Bidens, just for one example:

DeSantis wears some weird clothes to disaster sites - a campaign vest and high white boots, for example - but he's not pantsless.

You put on something that makes it look like you're ready to pitch in and work if need be, but is also clean and respectful to the people you're seeing. That outfit she's wearing is not respectful to the people she's seeing - she's making it look like she doesn't care (which, accurate!) and is there because someone dragged her out of bed and didn't give her a chance to put on an outfit.

That time she wore a (very expensive) flannel shirt and jeans to do some gardening would have been appropriate. This is not.

Anyway who cares. The semiotics of her wardrobe are clicky but inconsequential. Fook FEMA.

Why does Dr. Jill always look so dumpy?

She probably needed a beanie and some leggings to step it up

Or a quote from an Italian fascist across her back.

😂😂

Hard to say. They do put info about him into the press.

For example, a “source” claimed he was a hit with the ladies at college. Ew. This reminded me of how his dad would get reporters to quote his fake PR guy named “John Barron,” but it was really just Trump pretending to be a guy named “John.”

Can’t believe he recycled the name Barron.

He is an adult now so we can talk about him.

There are some photos of Ivanka and family wearing matching red coats in the WH.

Trump is wearing a sloppy outfit—and already back in Florida to golf.

No tie.
Messy shirt.

Only a week has passed by since he became President.

I think it bizarre that you have an emotional reaction at all to what someone else is wearing. Also, her outfit was fine. She is certainly attractive and generally dresses to suit her figure. Hate on her husband’s politics (like everyone else) but don’t use that as a reason to hate on her outfits. Her outfit was every bit as appropriate as the matronly dress and white sport sandals that Jill wore for a similar occasion (and M looked better in hers).

What’s the word for the heaviest airbrushing possible? An airbeam? An aircudgel?

Looks like a shot you get at the mall.

Is this what she means by her “work”?

That's the worst picture ever, it's not even flattering. It's just the nasty Trump stare.

I’m bored by her so far, the silly inauguration hat is the only fun part.
