I was trying to express to my kids the wonder of J Lo. I cried during her song. |

I think Amanda Gorman wins best-dressed. Her hat, coat, jewelry, and hair were all perfection.
Other than Bernie Sanders, who was consistent to his own style (including mittens?), I didn't really see anyone whose clothing, hair, or accessories were wholly-inappropriate or poorly-fitted. Yes, Kamala Harris and Dr. Biden's coats looked a little tight or boxy, but that's likely because of body armor. I thought the colors they chose were lovely! Bill Clinton's gloves made me smile. No dress/formal gloves for him!

I think Jill Biden's coat looks great. I don't get the criticism.

Not a fire chief—she’s the local union IAFF president. Even more impressive as she was voted in by her colleagues rather than being appointed by a political back like chiefs are. |
I thought maybe she's wearing a bullet proof vest under it. |
Loved everyone’s look except for Hilary Clinton. She just does not have good taste. The best she ever looked was running for senate in NY when she rocked the black pantsuit with jewel tone blouses. Girl, know what works for you and stick to it. She does these monochrome bright colors and they look terrible on her (like that bright yellow pantsuit she wore when running for Pres). |
Agree, nice color. |
I thought it was a mockingjay until they zoomed in to a peace dove. |
| Melania changed into a muumuu for her arrival in Florida? She'll be in yoga pants by dinner time. |
Oops! I meant to type *headband,* not hat. |
I just re-watched her performance. Man, she totally NAILED it. I especially like the part where she turns towards the flag with her arm up high. What a wonderful performance!!! |
Yup! Then, 20 years on, you’re like: OMG, I can’t believe I DID that! Lol. I’m sure Oprah gets it. |
I wonder if the pearls are for Harris |
Nice! |
She looks amazing! |
