Why does Anne Hathaway repulse me? Anyone else?

It's pretty well known she's a real which in person.

OP you really need better targets for your contempt - can’t you find rational reasons for being repulsed ? People who actually commit crimes, or terrible ethical lapses that may not qualify as crimes, for example?

Anne Hathaway, Taylor Swift and Gwyneth Paltrow should team up in a new Marvel movie where they use their power of repulsion for good.

Well, of course, but so is all celebrity gossip and YES, there are so many many people to be repulsed by. Here is the thing, the OP KNOWS she has better things to be repulsed by, but it is one of those things. If the OP can figure out why Anne Hathaway repulses her, she can get greater insight into her self and the way she views herself and her place in the world. That there isn’t anything objectively wrong with Anne is exactly why the OP is wondering about it. There ARE so many other things to be repulsed by, so why does this one weird white woman annoy her? Perhaps this is one way women can explore their own internalized misogyny, sexism and other deep seated beliefs.

I dunno either OP, but I do understand wondering about it.

It’s not her looks or talent- it’s her mannerisms. She gives uncanny valley. I don’t think her body motions match what she is saying because she is thinking about it too much and planning how to wave her hands, tilt her head, etc.
