Democrats in Georgia have to hammer Republicans on national security.

A great MoC, who is a former staffer so really understands role of oversight.

So all of these transition members who are currently working without pay -- are they billing the GSA? Are they going to receive backpay? With interest?

Biden raised $9 million+ (more than the amount the GSA was going to authorized in the first place) weeks ago. He's probably paying them and the GSA funds once released will go back to him.

I do wonder how that works from a campaign finance perspective. Since the American people essentially paid twice for the transition, does he get to keep the 'second' transition funds - does it go towards his 2024 campaign - or does he return it to the government?

She is busy, no time to waste every time Democrats have a temper tantrum.

Busy doing what, exactly? She's out of a job in less than 2 months. All she's doing currently, is job hunting.

LMAO Can I remind you that Clinton was busy but she showed up at those 11-hour Benghazi hearings?

Meanwhile Ms. GSA can't get off her slovenly ass and brief for 30-mins? Republicans are so weak.

Is that why he had a GoFundme announced the other day? He already blew past the $9M and wants the unemployed to funnel some more?

He cannot be paid back for what he has paid to his staffers before the ascertainment. This is not a political thing, this is a fiscal law thing. As of right now ascertainment has not happened, thus you cannot pay for work that happened before ascertainment as the money is specifically designated to pay for work that happens after ascertainment.

Why hasn’t Congress issued a subpoena and sent the Sergeant at Arms to her house in Crestwood? Haul her dump butt into the House.

I heard Biden + Pelosi didn't want to go to war on her. That was just the rumor. It wasn't worth the effort or possibly pushing Trump into madness in the final days.

Fascinating. Thank you for explaining.

What a weird question. She is leading a large organization that she is responsible for until January 20th. Do you think this job only exists for 2 months every four years?

Pretty sure part of the job, any job, is responding when Congress calls. Shuffle the schedule around like every admin does.

Part of her job is responding to Congressional oversight.
