Where did McLean go wrong?

VDA 06 is a really good team. Just one person’s opinion here but McLean 06 will likely start beating them regularly by this time next year.

NP - but PP likely meant #5 to show that VDA doesn’t have to worry about losing players to close geographic competition. Kids can swap between BRYC/Arlington/McLean pretty easily, since they are geographically close. Loudoun lost players to FCV. Who is the closest real competing club for VDA? It would be a long drive.

Folks, McLean u18/19 won nationals three years ago, finished 2nd two years ago and was the top ECNL team going into nationals before COVID.

This is halarious. Girls have been together for 5+ years and you're acting like their moving. Top team in Nova, National finals two years ago (chance last year if covid didn't ruin), and long time teammates. Yeah, they're moving. FFS

McLean won a U18 national championship in 2018 and went deep into the playoffs in 2019 I believe.

You know the 5 stars on the BRYC logo. They have won 5 national championships. But whose counting?

McLean won a U18 national championship in 2018 and went deep into the playoffs in 2019 I believe.

I thought the 5 stars were for each U-division in last or near last place this year. Good laugh though. I mean, even the USA reached the semi finals of a World Cup in 1930s. Distant past is fun to bring up.

I was the person that said McLean 06 will beat VDA 06 in the future bc having seen both teams and knowing a good bit about the clubs, I think that is most likely. But as I said VDA is a very good team! But whoever posted the following should really be cautious bc this type of rumor could really cause problems in a team if not true: “VDA 06 is a dead man walking. I’ve seen their players out at our clubs practices as they are looking to move. This is first hand and not hearsay.” Agree whoever said that should say where they’ve seen the players.

Why should they say that? That would cause even more problems. Perhaps they should name the players they've seen at those practices?

See rumors like this all the time. Never true with top teams, this was posted about our McLean 02 team many times, was always BS, a player would go to a winter futsal with another team or a free training and everyone would say players are leaving.

I listed every result for the four age groups that the PP omitted, which are listed on ECNL website, including 1 win by VDA. Perhaps you know of some scores that are not listed on ECNL website, but I listed ever result that was posted for these age groups. It's not my fault that VDA lost these games, except for 1.
