It's not different because people value a turtle egg more than a human fetus. If we had artificial wombs that fetuses could be transferred to, and given states wanted to fund those gestations, deliveries, and care of resulting humans, then I think it would not be much of an issue. The problem is the co-opting of another person's body against their will.

You are comparing a turtle egg, that only needs to be buried in the sand (doesn't even require the presence of a turtle mother nearby!) to a fetus that requires living inside a woman for about nine months, during which time her life changes significantly because of it.
