Kane from Kaneshow divorcing and crying on air right now (Part 3)

I actually feel bad for Natasha. TKS crew were probably some of her closest friends, and they obviously sided with Kane during the divorce. It's probably hard to have that closeness removed from your life.

I don't think she was very close to them. IJ always made comments about her and her so called spending. I am sure she welcomed them in their home, but probably got sick of them as always coming over. Kane always had plans every weekend with them which must have annoyed Nat...weekends should have been spent with the girls and his wife.

I don't listen to this show, but after part III, I decided to google "Danni." Wow, I'm horrified.

This woman is hideous. I realize this is from only a few years ago. She shouldn't be on TV or radio. She needs a swift kick in the pants and someone to wash her mouth out with soap. I'm so embarrassed for her kids and for all you sad sacks that thrive on the fake, created "drama." Get a life.

Danni's said on multiple occasions that Bridezilla's is not real and it's essentially acting.

Of course its acting. All reality tv is, especially something like this. But part of it is who she really is.

I really don't get how any one thinks kane is good as his job period .

He is always mumbling, never has a clear thought and always interrupts

How many times does lj have to finish his sentences

He is like " I went to the beach eh ugh ughhhh and ugh u mmmm ugh

And let's not mention when he does war of roses and sounds like a stoner on purpose

It's horrible for radio I always find my self turning back to John jay and rich even if it's re runs. Kane also is never prepared. He will talk about a story and Dani numerous times has been like um that's not the whole story or that's not what the story is about

I don't know, she spoke quite highly of them in her blog post. Granted, I guess you can say anything you want in a blog, but I don't see why someone would go out of their way to make an entire blog post about how much she adores a group of people if she really didn't feel that way. Seems like a waste of time and I don't know what the motive would have been.

I never heard Kane say that (unless he was joking to try to be humble). I am pretty sure running the switch board, answering calls, playing music and sound effects, etc is pretty difficult. It was during one of their "ask us anything" segments a couple months ago. He said he's the one who puts the show "together" generally but that they can do it without him.

Well sure the probably can, but again, assuming Kane woke up with the stomach flu this morning, if no one has time to prepare to have someone else host the show, then they are just going to do reruns. Other than that weird week in December when Kane was in and out (seemingly not particularly with much notice), I can't remember the last time it was apparent that Kane was the only one not able to make the show and everyone else was AND they had a lot of obvious notice. Kane is relatively solid with attendance and doesn't seem to have planned absences other than the station-wide vacation time.

I am just saying... I wouldn't look too much into his absence today other than questioning if he REALLY is sick. If he really is, I don't think it is weird at all to do reruns.

All I'm saying is that Peter said they could do the show without him. If they can't/won't for whatever reason (not able to handle all of it, not able to put it all together), then he shouldn't say they can.

No one said they can't, but if Kane planned the whole show last night and woke up sick, giving everyone 2 hrs notice, they aren't going to do the show without him. Say that Kane knows he is going to be out in 2 weeks for his daughters graduation or something, they have time to plan and might actually do the show without him. Stop assuming they can't handle it just because a reason for them to with proper notice has never happened.

Years ago Samy and Sarah would do the show without him. I'm guessing that he signed a new contract and one of the conditions was that if he wasn't able to come in, the show had to be best of.

It's actually a lot easier than you think. Erick can run the board from his studio, which he has done before. Also the interns answer the phone and put the comments on the screen for Kane or who's ever is on that side of the board to read and you just have to press the specific button for that line and the caller is on air. Also the board they have you can jest press the next button or press A B or C and it will play the corresponding music/sound. It's actually simple once you learn one board you've pretty much learned them all. A college student could do it.

Yes, me too. Her and Sarah used to be really close, then Sarah left the show and she had to side with her hubby so i guess that ended that friendship. I think she got close to Danni but with the divorce, danni went on Kane's side so she lost that friendship too. It must suck that people you think were friends with you are not your real friends. On the other side, Danni can't blame Rose if she sides with Kane because she would have done the same thing.

Does anyone remember the last time Danni was on the air live? People are alluding to there being a big fight between Kane and danni then them going to reruns.

I want to say it was Feb 9..the Wednesday before Valentine's Day the show cut to repeats mid-show and that was the last time Danni was on live. I don't know what they were talking about but I guess we could pull the podcast and listen.

And I've heard a couple times kane throw shade at John jay . That's when I realized what kind of man he was . Never have I heard John jay or rich say anything about kane

She should consider it for the paycheck alone. If Kane loses his job, she's screwed. It would bring more traffic to her blog and perhaps make it a decent income source eventually.
