I want to say it was Feb 9..the Wednesday before Valentine's Day the show cut to repeats mid-show and that was the last time Danni was on live. I don't know what they were talking about but I guess we could pull the podcast and listen.

Lets say iHeart shit cans the Kane Show as a whole.... would it be better to bring in a syndicated show like Elvis Duran or Ace & TJ, or perhaps try again with a local crew? I can honestly say I'd enjoy a show with Sarah involved, but for the love of God, let her do it sans music. I've never enjoyed music in the morning. When I listened to Kane, when music came on I always went over to Elliot or WTOP, and lately it's been Elliot or Howard Stern on XM

From listening to Sarah's podcast, it seems like she would never go back to a morning show radio, especially at iHeart. Though she did say she wouldn't go back before STM, so you never know.

yeah, it seems to me that maybe they had an argument earlier that day and she's done this before or something, so he didn't think twice that they weren't there and went to bed since it was late. i also got the idea that he discovered the stuff missing/bank accounts drained the next day, not that same evening. but really, regardless of what happened and when, it would have been best to keep it off the air.

Also, I might have mentioned it once on the thread way back... but maybe 6 months or so ago, Kane did a Periscope from his apartment. He was about to go to bed and he was answering some questions. I forget what the initial question was (maybe when he is moving back into his house), but he more or less said, in a somewhat cocky way, "Oh, I think I will be getting the house back when all of this is over" basically alluding to the the courts will likely find Natasha as wrongful in the process of basically stealing the kids (short of an abusive husband/father, sorry, but you can't just do that, it's a big no-no to take kids out of state) and award Kane the house and likely MORE than 50% of his assets (he has said he did NOT sign a prenup).

I think it is very possible that the general process Kane described on air was true... In the process of cause and effect, we know the general effect, just not the cause... So Kane might not be 100% innocent in what caused the actions, but I think Nat leaving with the kids and draining accounts is very likely true.

i saw this, too - wish he was still doing periscopes bc he was giving up some juicy details for a while!

It's horrible for radio I always find my self turning back to John jay and rich even if it's re runs. Kane also is never prepared. He will talk about a story and Dani numerous times has been like um that's not the whole story or that's not what the story is about

yeah, it definitely wasn't always this way... over the last few months/a year it's been pretty bad. used to be a huge Kane fan and it pains me to say it, but they've definitely gone downhill. the show is now the same show i listened to nearly 10 years ago, much of the audience has grown up and the show needs to evolve too. also kane's slurring is ridiculous, he definitely sounds like he's on something.

Radio One has made a switch recently of its highly rated show Russ Parr. They realized the audience of that show is and older audience now, and brought in fresh blood which isn't a bad thing.

Russ Parr moved to 102.3 and new younger host have been brought in. It was a win win.

TKS may need to change their content if they want to stay in the same market. I remember not getting out of the car for work until Roses went off. I was in my early 20's and didn't realize it was fake until later on; they got me.
