the CURRENT BOARD brought Rich on. one of the old members, yes, is still on the board,....somehow. that is shady too. Luckily one of the individuals that made it impossible for eddie to fullfill his job,as well as pretty much everyone looking for fieldspace in the club, is finally gone. I'm sure that did not make her BFF happy. pretty sure that wouldn't have happened with Mike still prez. they each do try to look out for their own...

There are a multitude of problems at VYS right now. "Board calculation" is not among them. There's no conspiracy to ruin the club, and there were legitimate financial reasons why Eddie's complicated deal with the club could not continue. Your insistence that this is all a plot just furthers the idea that you have a personal beef that has nothing to do with what's actually happening at the club. Otherwise, what's the agenda?

VYS has a TD who is acutely unaware of his own ignorance of how to run a full-service club, and his bull-headedness is forcing out coaches and staff while creating an environment that will make it difficult to hire replacements. The people who hired him weren't evil. They simply messed up.

my beef?! For your information I have invested a great deal into this club. I had alot of hope for the direction it was heading. My beef is how that group took a working machine and broke it! They owe the families and the kids an apology. MESSED UP!??! I'll say they messed up! I did not say that it was their intention to destroy the club. What I said, very clearly, was they were underhanded in the way that they dismissed a very successful leader. AND they were irresponsible in every action that followed, which is going to destroy the club for all the families that trusted them. There was no conspiracy to ruin the club, persay. that just happens to be the unfortunate result of their actions/conspiracy. ******you never answered my question. If the REAL reason that Lima was let go was due to "asking for too much??" seriously. with all of our money going out the door with such outrageous salaries, we find that hard to believe. I agree! actually many families that I have spoken to are wondering the same thing. I would like to add that it was Lima who brought in Jane and Gerardo to act as assistant directors, 2 of his best trainers because they were so great with our kids. The kids really identified with them. Many have followed them to their new venture. If he was so about the greed, why would he have given up 2 of his top trainers to work for the club and forfiet that income???? I am not buying the whole "asked for too much" story either. He was invested in VYS for as long as I can remember.

You clearly have no idea who is on the board and who used to be. Or you're just deliberately confusing things.

Two board members have been there forever. A few more started in 2014. A few more started in 2015, after Rich was hired.

I'm done trying to correct the record about Eddie's departure. He had a complicated, untenable business deal, and they couldn't work it out. He's missed. So is Jane, and so are many other coaches.

Then the TD search was botched, and Rich is the result. He's the man behind killing Friday night free play, and he's responsible for much of the turnover within the club.

Those are facts. Deal with them as you like.

Neither was invited back, and probably wouldn't have stayed even if they were b/c they didn't have Eddie to cover for their incompetence anymore. I suggest you talk to the parents who had kids play for them.

Wow, if I was Eddie, Jane or Gerrado I would be happy reading that people still can't get past this. Even if there are a few people that continue to bash them. Means they left quite the legacy. They certainly have moved on and from what I hear they are happy not to be led by the incompetence of last years VP and President.
