Ya see being on the board leaves you open to alot of information. EVEN if you are not completely included in the underhanded backroom dealings. just because I was part of the board doesnt mean I have to support unethical behavior of other members. Some of us backed you bc we had put our faith in the hope that you guys had a plan to actually better our club. The people on here are right on target or very close. Its a disgrace

No, the problem lies with the individuals that spearheaded this entire charade. It is fascinating how these people were so calculated in the planning of this and then refuse to take any responsibility. From the firing of Lima and basically squeezing out of the other directors (which was another big mistake!) to hiring a TD with a rediculous salary from another country without any concrete plan. You say Lima "just asked for too much" exactly what would that have been? more than the salary we are currently paying the sorry excuse for a TD now, for more than we are currently paying our sorrynon-existent trainers now? If that whole "asking for too much" was your only go to..... it doesnt hold water. everyone saw how the board set up one obsticle after another to try to make him fail. In the end, the only failures in this scenario are the BOD! Eddie is certainly better off now where he id getting the respect he deserves. and I am sure Arlington is better off for our screw up!

There are a multitude of problems at VYS right now. "Board calculation" is not among them. There's no conspiracy to ruin the club, and there were legitimate financial reasons why Eddie's complicated deal with the club could not continue. Your insistence that this is all a plot just furthers the idea that you have a personal beef that has nothing to do with what's actually happening at the club. Otherwise, what's the agenda?

VYS has a TD who is acutely unaware of his own ignorance of how to run a full-service club, and his bull-headedness is forcing out coaches and staff while creating an environment that will make it difficult to hire replacements. The people who hired him weren't evil. They simply messed up.
