| I spoke to someone at the PCSB. She said they take these matters very seriously and they are investigating the matter with CM. She did confirm that founding members must be identified during the founding year of the school, which is the year prior to the school opening, and that CM's founding year was 2011-2012. |

| Thank you to the person who called the PCSB. Much appreciated. I do hope the matter is fully investigated and if warranted that appropriate action is taken. A school could lose its charter of inappropriate behavior. If CM has not been doing the correct thing they should be warned. |
