Just ask yourself one question: Did 127 girls die by bombing since the US initiated the attack?
If yes, then regardless of who actually pulled the trigger our country’s actions has killed 127 girls. Plus 7 American soldiers. Plus tens of thousand sleeping without homes tonight. Hundreds of thousands (millions) in fear. We - our country is doing this. It’s terrible and I love being an American an I can say that. But I fear in Trump’s version of America I may not be as safe. I’m furious. |

Who said the US intentionally killed the little girls? I am not happy with what my country is doing in Iran, but I don't think we've descended to the level of sociopaths. I do however think there's an increased level of incomptence at the Pentagon such that they would mistake a school for a naval base and kill so many children. |

The seven-second video was posted by Mehr News, an Iranian state news agency. It shows the missile slamming into a building inside a walled compound – likely a health clinic that was also inside the perimeter of what was at one point an Iranian Revolutionary Guard naval base. The strike appears to have taken place shortly after the girl's school was hit. In the new video, smoke is already visibly rising from the part of the compound where the school was located. State media reports put the death toll from the bombing at somewhere between 165 and 180, many of them students. Although the quality of the video makes precisely identifying the munition difficult, the missile appears consistent with a Tomahawk cruise missile, according to Jeffrey Lewis, a professor of global security at Middlebury College. The U.S. is the only country known to have Tomahawk missiles, and U.S. officials say the military was operating in the south of the country at the time of the strike. NPR was able to verify the location of where the video was shot to a housing development under construction across the street from the compound. Numerous details, including the sign at the clinic entrance, matched known details about the compound where the school was located. The video was first geolocated by the online research group Bellingcat. |

It’s not splitting hairs. There’s an actual difference to the people wearing them and the areas they live in. This would be a big no no to the Taliban in Afghanistan. Women wearing the chador with a niqab (face veil) are being denied entry into hospitals by the taliban. We killed those girls because we think we have a right to kill anybody we want to. The President, and the leaders of the opposition, Schumer and Jeffries, have not even apologized! Schumer is telling Trump to release oil from the strategic reserves when he knows that the only thing that will stop this war is the price of gas going up. But Schumer wants to extend the war. |
