It is also odd given the people who were killed were detainees, not iCE agents. Kind of an odd way to be "anti ICE" to not, you know, hit the suggested targets.

Seriously what is up with these shootings and engraved bullets. I have no doubt in my mind this is the work of ICE and the FBI.
