Trump has done plenty to indicate that he's a con man. I understand that atheists don't want to identify with him. But I think he is one - a bad atheist, who is posing as a Christian because it's helpful to him politically. I'm an atheist too -- a good one. |

The Heaven talk is because like any other person facing their own mortality, due to ill health, and in the knowledge that he isn't going to last forever as Permanent President (people close to him squished his idea of a third term, remember)... he's starting to look at his legacy and what'll happen to him after death.
It's NORMAL. It doesn't necessarily mean he acknowledges all his past wrongs. I don't think his narcissistic and sociopathic brain is capable of that. But it's a sign that he knows he's in bad health and a lame duck. |

Yes, he's a con man. That doesn't mean in any way that he's an atheist. He can be a con man and still believe in god/heaven. He has literally NEVER said or done anything to indicate that he's an atheist. |

You can believe in god without "worshiping". His words and actions, including trying to do good things to offset all of the bad stuff he's done in order to get into heaven, indicate that he does believe in god. |

OK. There are more than two options. You can believe in god without being a real "Christian". Most people who call themselves "Christian" probably wouldn't pass that test. |

Only people who are in his cult or not very knowledgeable about Christianity think so. He is absolutely not offsetting the bad things he’s done. He is unrepentant and doubles down on his destructive behavior. |
