McLaurine Pinover, DOGE @OPM posting influencer videos on work time in a government office

Just a reminder to everyone: what she did is illegal and is grounds for termination.

And the bar for termination is LOWER for someone with her level of seniority. If she was a GS-7, she'd probably get a one-week suspension without pay and a note on her SF-50. But a GS-15, Step 10 and lead communications officer for the agency? They are supposed to be better than the average GS gov'y.

If I was doing a Douglas Factors analysis, she'd get dinged on #1, #2, #5, and especially #8.

She’s gonna be super paranoid for the rest of her life. She has to face the fact that someone in her family or friend group think she’s a horrible person.

Not think, but knows.

+1 She simply IS a horrible person. And she’s dumb as rocks. The blowing of the kiss was something else.

But remember, the tone at the top of the government is: Screw the little people. Greed greed “god” greed.

She’s just blindly and stupidly trying to be like her boss Elon.

How did anyone know what to wear today at OPM?

Is SNL new shows this week? I feel this is a skit the new cast would love to do.

Yes.
- breast cancer survivor with a brain tumor married to a Fed who somehow manages not to practice time theft or stage coups at the office.

My heart goes out to you. Sending you good health.

And yes, she needs to fired.

Is none of this a firing offense at DOGE? You think they might be a tiny bit concerned that they have in their midst people who post white supremacist stuff on social media, the 19 year old fired for leaking company data at his last job and this "Director of Communications" who only communicates her own "fashion" to fill her pockets with a second income.

Wow, the reddit posts show such spectacular stupidity and lack of any self-awareness. Unbelievable. Also, not very fashionable! Lose-lose.

That ugly purple skirt cost $475?????

Really?

She needs to be fired ASAP and walked out the office by security. We apparently have so much fraud, waste, abuse that folks need to have facilities to sleep at the office to root it out. Yet she has time for fashion Instagram videos with links and potentially affiliate content.

She can go.

Using surnames as a first name - is that a southern thing?

It is, but I don’t think that’s what’s happening with McLaurine. I think her parents just thought it sounded fancy. A southern striver thing.

Chloe Fineman is going to be so savage with this character.

She's a GS15-step 10? I know MD PhDs who are federal workers who aren't at that level...unbelievable that this money wasting unethical twit is wasting our tax dollars and using her sinecure to grow her influencing business.

I’m willing to bet Ashton is probably one of the most popular names among Auburn sorority girls.
