McLaurine Pinover, DOGE @OPM posting influencer videos on work time in a government office

Anonymous
What I really love is that one of her friends or family snitched on her, recorded all the videos, and then sent them in to CNN. She’s never gonna know who routed her out. She’s gonna be super paranoid for the rest of her life. She has to face the fact that someone in her family or friend group think she’s a horrible person.

She is a breast cancer survivor that just got her hair back. Both of her parents died at a young age from cancer. The account was used as an expressive outlet to build back self-esteem after her cancer treatment. It was done in the office because she has a husband and a child she cares for at home. People do unusual things when they are grieving that they normally would not. However, there was zero indication anywhere on the account she was a government employee. She also made less than $100 off the account - it was not a side hustle. The account had less than 800 followers and was deleted immediately after CNN is the one who revealed she was a government employee.

It’s disgusting and reprehensible that the left is so frothing at the mouth to oppose Trump’s agenda that they would individually and unfairly tear down a woman (who survived breast cancer) without full context just to do it. If these job cuts are some huge moral dilemma (and not unnecessary government waste backed by taxpayer money), let those stories speak for themselves. You people should be ashamed. This crap is exactly why I left the democratic party.

the Next account has been posting to Reddit all day. Guess Reddit is what people do when not taking clothes pics.

She still needs to be fired.

Yes.

She’d also need approval from Legal Ethics.

These are things fed-hating MAGA don’t even know exist. If they knew half the rules, they’d change their tune.

I could pretty easily nail her on three employment violations:

1. Time card fraud
2. Lack of approval from agency for outside employment
3. Unauthorized use of federal government property to conduct commercial business

The Douglas Factors memo would be quite easy to write given the video evidence and the fact that she’s in a leadership position.

But since she’s a probationary employee, I’d just do a few sentences and with links to the public news reporting. That should satisfy the MSPB in case she appeals.

McLaurine: you’re fired.

See MAGA, feds have rules to prevent fraud, waste, and abuse. And we used to have IGs that could prosecute it. Trump fired them. Weird, huh?

IG= instagram? Yes, correct that she took down her account.

Inspector Generals. You MAGA have NO clue how government works or what it does but you’re hellbent on destroying it. You’d be embarrassed if you were just a little smarter.

lol that’s hilarious. She is also part of the Junior League of Washington. Wonder what they will say about this incident.

I thought they were horrible. DC is not know for fashion but they looked like outfits for Pentecostal church ladies.

She must be a b*** in real life then.
I guess friends and family did not feel that cancer was a good enough reason to be making money on the side with the affiliate links and “fashion” videos.

Keep it up. Every single corrupt hypocritical act done by these grifters needs to be exposed and highlighted.

+1
It’s been all over the news. No reason to delete this thread. It’s true.

She had 800 followers (I know that’s not a lot in influencer land) so it could have been any one of them.

A former OPM communications staffer who asked to remain anonymous expressed their frustration about the influencer posts to CNN, saying, “She’s the spokesperson for the agency that is advocating for the firing based on performance and efficiency of the rest of the government workforce, and she’s using government property as a backdrop for her videos.”

Is Next_Key really her or are we guessing? Either way, what an absolutely stunning lack of self-awareness. And for her NOT to get fired for this... not good. If the people defending her care and are her friends, even if you don't think what she did was so bad, think about the appearances. I am worried about what's coming if she doesn't resign. She isn't just any new government employee. The irony of the poor performance/waste in her specific role will get everyone riled up. She is going to be the sacrificial lamb.

Self awareness is linked to overall intelligence and requires functioning frontal lobe part of the brain.

These Trump appointees would never have gotten these high profile positions so normally this level of stupidity and lack of insight is not on display for all to see.

Maybe that is the most stunning part of all of these shenanigans - how ridiculously stupid some people in the US are. How ridiculously gullible. This is really what needs to be addressed.
