It's not hypocrisy...it's the ignorance of thinking all Republicans are LGBTQ hating racists. Me and my DH are Republicans although not politically-involved. We respect all LGBTQ as a protected class....but let's not forget that religion is also a protected class. Treating one protected class better than or to the detriment of another protected class is just as discriminatory.

The Dems who continue to force their values and ideals on everyone (especially the youth in public schools) has become truly unbearable for many. The whole pronoun insanity is a great case in point - there was a great funny video on youtube that my cousin shared: https://www.youtube.com/shorts/syzeK3ebv6I?feature=share I'm not Indian but if I still had kids in school I'd tell them they should use "Doctor" too haha!

So yes, while there is insanity with Trump/Republicans....there is insanity with Biden/Democrats too. So which insanity do you prefer? This coming from someone who voted for Trump then voted for Biden.

How is allowing kids who are trans to be called by their preferred pronouns forcing anyone to do anything? Maybe it’s forcing people who think trans people don’t deserve to live freely or be seen as equals to recognize them and not discriminate against them. It’s not interfering with anyone’s religious freedom. Unless your religion is focused on discriminating against anyone you think is a sinner. But again, public school so GTFO.

They aren’t making kids trans. Forcing kids to hide their identities is better? Only if you believe they should be forced to be non-trans. Who cares? I am a parent. If my kids turn out to be trans or gay or whatever it’s not because of the school. This culture war sh** is so stupid, and meant to agitate stupid people. 13:10 Poster her adding one more thing, there is absolutely nothing wrong with allowing trans kids/adults to be called by their preferred pronouns - that is not what I said. But having it be part of a teacher's job at the beginning of the school year to ask every student what their preferred pronoun is and then expect the teacher and fellow students to actually remember to use whatever pronoun is selected by each student is what I meant by "pronoun insanity".

This!! It’s all moved to a direction where I feel like we are subsidizing so much. It’s as if no one should be responsible for taking care of themselves and their own kids anymore. Just sit back, vote Dem, and Uncle Joe will take care of it.

The problem is our broken system which is the fault of both sides. It allows people to show up at the border and ask for asylum, and we can't turn them away without due process and adjudication. Meanwhile our laws also say asylum seekers can't work. There were bipartisan proposals to start fixing that but Trump had the MAGA Republicans controlling the House shut it down. You can't just blindly blame Joe without acknowledging the bigger picture and that Republicans have a huge hand in it. And meanwhile you also can't just gesture wildly at Trump's agenda as the answer because it's just a blunt-force mass-deportation instruments that would cause tremendous labor shortages, consumer cost increases and inflation and cause damage to the economy rather than offering a more workable and needed solution like expanding worker visas. If you're mad about the whole thing then you shouldn't be voting for anyone in either party because they are BOTH at fault.

Providing faster turnaround times to all those fake asylum seekers and giving a lot of them asylum even though they lie or it’s not our responsibility to save all the DV victims in Central America?! Or letting them work the second they step foot on US soil? Go read some food delivery reddits, how restaurants are swarmed by people with multiple phones that snatch all the good orders and don’t speak a lick of English!
