I’d say 1 of those 4 win it

I’ll give you props for the Spain pick. I didn’t think they’d be able to take Germany at home - or France - especially with Gavi injured, but they took care of it.

They shouldn't have. Germany deserved to win that game, and was the better team.

Apparently not!

No. Germany was not the best team. The Germans did not deserve to win that game. The German shelled up and tried to hang on but were totally outplayed. Spain would win that game 9 out of 10 times.

Huh????

Germany outshot Spain 23 to 18, had 5 times as many corner kicks, and both attempted and completed more passes. Possession was nearly even.

That’s “shelling up” and “totally outplayed”?

Guess you did not watch the game. Germany was dominated. Yes they shelled up and fouled Spain from the opening minutes. Germany’s coaches knew they could not play with Spain so they fouled and tried to injure the Spanish players(which they did). If the ref was decent two German players should have been sent off. As for the stats, stats are meaningless unless you watch the game. Goals change games. Germany is dirty team filled with thugs. Glad they lost playing that ugly soccer.

Spain just went 7-0 beating England, France, Italy and yes your mighty Deutchland. They clearly earned this Cup without any question, move on!

Current women’s world champions - 🇪🇸
Current men’s euro champions - 🇪🇸 (x4 - most)
Current UEFA nations league champions - 🇪🇸
2026 world champions - loading… 🇪🇸

Crazy. Only 7 out of 26 players are 30+.

I sure did. In fact, I watched it on a huge screen in a major European city, surrounded by Brits, Germans, Italians, Greeks, French, Croats, and a few Spaniards. Most of the crowd was pulling for Germany (unclear why, maybe host nation, Kroos, etc), and couldn’t believe it when the Spanish defender blocked a shot on goal with his outstretched arm and it wasn’t called.

Ref gave out plenty of cards, and Spain gave as good as they got, including horse collars. Unfortunately, Germany was a bad call and a few CM on multiple shots away from winning. We’ll see how both teams look going forward.

Omg really complaining about one play in 120 minutes? Kroos Should have been shown a red early in the first 1/2 when he took out Pedri. After which Kroos continued to foul 4-5 of which should have been yellows. Then in the 66’ Kroos gets beat and takes down a player to stop a clear break away and finally gets a card. Germany should have been down a man at least 3-4 times but no calls were made.
I also was in Europe during the group and knock out stages. Everyone I talked to in Germany and Italy(who were in to the Euros) would unprompted bring up Spain. They would all say Spain is the team. Spain is much better vs any other team. Guest what they were right!
