The accusation was that she wrote more than 40 appellate briefs agaimst asylum seekers. Her response is that she was not involved in any deportation efforts; which is of course orthogonal to the accusation while still feeling like a denial. As an experienced lawyer, she is no doubt skilled enough to recognize this.
