Yes. I am working today on Sunday J1 as fell behind as had board meetings J2 last week.
I quit J3 recently. I need a new J3 Just one job is retirement for most |
Well, that’s some spin. If you spend your life for 20 years talking about retiring early, the implication is obvious. If you’re really just going to one job because that’s “retiring” you failed at your goal and now call it an experiment. For whatever reason, even if you have money. You didn’t stop working. |

| Don't you guys have Gen Z kids? If you do, do you think your own Gen Z kids are lazy and don't about career advancement? Or are your Gen Z different and you are referring to mine? |

This multiple job thing is so interesting- I had no idea. I have an in person job, super busy… Gen X.
Gen Z definitely happy with less stuff compared to Gen X. Also Gen Z taught stuff in school we Gen Xers never learned. Like to have/enforce boundaries. |

A lot of them had a parent or family member severely impacted by 2008 and know that it all can be taken away an instant. People are stuck on tying their identity to their job or making their career the focal point of their life. They don't want to be in that position.
The other trend I notice, which I think is great, they don't care about a job title and mostly see them as meaningless. |
