This is really poor timing on Jawando's part. Even though there might be some merit to decreasing stops for these incidents, now is not the time to put forth something like this when the county is suffering from a fear-inducing crime wave.

Two things can be true, one is that it is a bad and very stupid bill that is totally out of step with reality and two, Adam Pagnucco is probably racist. I’m an AA as well. It’s not inherently part of black culture, but it’s inherently part of hood / rap culture these days, just like “having oops” (enemies from a rival neighborhood) is.
