If you're headed to med school at ~22, especially as a woman (because of fertility), you may not have much time to date again for a long time. |
The fear lingering needs to stop. This isn’t true. |
Pathetic and naive af. Wow. |
This is totally wrong. You get married to the guy you met in med school and matched at a hospital near you. Get engaged during residency and have your first either during or after residency (depending on your specialty.) Duh. Your research year is a great time to give birth. |
I’m a DP. Married at 27, spouse was 25. We’ve been married over 25 years. What age do you suggest “works” best? |
That’s like saying you had sex in high school and it worked out because you never got pregnant. |
FYI, 27 is pretty average for marriage. |
OP this forum is filled with heathens so you may not find the answer you’re looking for. |
FYI, divorce is pretty average for marriages. |
Not for UMC marriages. |
That’s not saying much for getting married at that age. Conveniently skipped over the other spouse being only 25. |
You go right ahead and believe that. Bless your heart. |
Less than one-third of ever-married middle- and upper-class men and women have ever been divorced. |
You keep looking up stats to argue your weak case? |
So what, my parents married as teens and stayed together nearly 50 years. I sure as hell wouldn’t marry at that age, nor would they have wanted me to. |
