Same in U14 Boys COPA Bracket. VA Union FC won 13-0 (results capped at 10) and no goals scored against them all tournament. They probably should have been placed in the Premier bracket.

Crazy. That is not good for anyone. They were tied for the worst record with BRYC in ECNL last year. Those two are going to remain there if they are getting ready for the season by playing B and C teams.

I don't understand. Is somebody betting their mortgage on 13 year olds playing soccer? If not, why the fixation with how many games a team wins in one of the toughest leagues in the country? It seems incredibly shortsighted and childish, but maybe it's just me.

I don't understand what you don't understand. Nobody is betting. Where did you get that from? If you are in a top league and want to improve, you don't play B and C and below level teams when you are ramping up to play league games.

What team and age group does your kid play for? Or are you a disgruntled coach? I'd like to know your motive for coming on here every day and ripping a bunch of kids. You're either a teenage girl who had her face glitter stolen from her locker or you're a petulant child. Tell us what your angle is. What makes your situation so much better or unique that you feel it's your duty to bash every move BRYC makes? Are you compensating for something? It's all just very odd. There are professionals who can help you work through the issues. Think about it.

Bruh, professional teams do it all the time.

I the worst team in the Bundesliga, La Liga or Serie A better than the best team in MLS? Probably.

Parent. I just don't like teams sandbagging. My comment was more geared towards Virginia Union than BRYC since at least BRYC was in the top bracket and the scores were competitive. I see the roles are reversed for the OBGC Captial Cup where Virginia Union is playing in the top bracket (good for them) and the BRYC team is the one sandbagging in a lower bracket.

Didn't McLean/Union finish in last place in ECNL last year?

What were the scores and how much could they have possibly sandbagged considering their poor ECNL record?

Sometimes sandbagging isn't intentional, either. Tournament organizers sometimes simply stink at, or make mistakes when, putting brackets together. Remember the Samba Boyz from Spring?

Look a little further back in the chain. Someone reported 13 to 0 in one of the games. Looks like it was 28 to 0 for goals scored in the four games. They were about even with BRYC who won the division above.

You didn't answer the question. Has your kid played for BRYC? Where does he/she play now? Was your son/daughter on a team that got beat by them this weekend? C'mon...if you are such an expert on soccer, tell us who you are and what the credentials of your kid are? Or is it easier to just come on here anonymously and take pot shots at kids - you pathetic POS.

That's what we thought. Not so tough when it comes to backing up your bluster. Keyboard bully. Probably fatter than f*&k and never excelled at sports. Trying to make up for it while ruining your kid's youth. Do better.

Got to say. Your behavior is consistent with what I've seen of BRYC parents.

And on the next episode of BRYC parents unhinged...

+1 Does anybody truly believe that any club that has such lopsided scores asked to be placed where they were? If so you seriously have zero clue about how these things work. The real question is why Loudoun’s top team in most older divisions did not play in their own tournament? Not a great look especially since they could have evened out brackets and made them a bit more competitive all the way around…

I think it is bizarre not to have your own teams play in your own tournament. Why should people pay to play in your tournament if it's not good enough for your own teams?
