Fair enough. Sigh. Dentists really have to stop leading people on. We met, started dating, and broke up in one day. It’s a lot to digest |
Do not listen to that Negative Nelly, OP! You guys are in love. |
Are you okay? Honey, go make yourself a dating profile right now, we'll help you. |
| Ask does he do house calls... |
Some dentists do this for every new patient. If he is interested, this is not the call you will get. I know because this happened to me…but when he was interested, he actually asked me out directly. So no, right now, you do not have a dentist bf. he will ask you out directly if interested. |
Hang on a minute, don’t give up yet. Call that private number he gave you with a dental question and see how it goes. |
You guys are so funny. I'd be asking myself the same question, honestly. No vet, dentist or doctor has ever called me like this, except when I was having life-threatening symptoms and needed to have emergency surgery. |
|
Either I call my patients at the end of the day or next day or my office manager calls to follow up only the patients I did work or saw as emergency/in pain.
Not new patients. So go OP call the number in 2-3 days. Dentist |

| This thread is hilarious. OP report back please |
Do all pediatric dentists ask out their patients’ moms in the same way? |
Ok!!! And the call was at 7:30/8:00pm. Not an office call. Also, he stressed that I could reach out, about anything on his direct/private line. It’s ambiguous but I’ll take it! I’m back on track. I’ll call him back Wednesday. But I need a dentist question.. |
| MAKE ONE UP! (if he's cute) |
| This is a very fun vicarious thread for me. (My dentist is NOT attractive!) |
| Do you even know if he's single? I'd make sure he's not married first. |
