Ok, so we were similar - 5th grade, got into basis, 45 for Latin.

I thought BASIS didn't let in kids other than in 5th. Sounds like all waitlists might be way shorter everywhere.

What is the highest WL number you have? It sounds like we have moved from people being in the 300s to people being in the mid 150s?

People should post their high and low numbers, plus grade. Here's us:

PK4

Lowest: Langley (#11)
Highest: SWS (#159)

Not PP, but we’re 194 for pk4 at lamb. We’re higher for Janney but I’m embarrassed to even admit we put it on there oob. Pandemic year or something, right?

Did you all get emails already or access the site? I prefer to wait for an email because I don't know what I want to see but we haven't gotten any yet.

Received an email on March 23rd that said:

"To view your results, you will need your username and password to log into your My School DC family account. If you forgot your password, please click on the “I forgot my password” link next to the “Password” field in the login page to reset."

Someone on Facebook said most of her numbers were in the 200s and 300s for PK3

No email. I assume they will go out tomorrow as usual. But you can definitely access the site now.

One year our number changed for a school between the site and the email. I only know because I'd screenshot the website list to text to my DH, and when we received the email, we'd dropped several spots for our #2 school. I assume something happened with sibling allocation or something? It was disturbing, but since we moved from like 245 to 249, not worth pursuing.

PK4er is 184 at SWS. 1st grader was 88. Was planning to stay at our IB anyway, so really just playing for fun.

Grade 4. Already in a Deal feeder, but we applied to these schools to maximize our commute time since older sibling will be attending Deal next year.

Hearst Elementary School
Waitlisted - #24

Janney Elementary School
Waitlisted - #36

Lafayette Elementary School
Waitlisted - #29

Murch Elementary School
Waitlisted - #28

Are you in bounds for Lafayette? We are and we are 51 on the wait list... Wouldn't inbound preference mean that we are higher than you? Unless you're inbounds.
