I'll say this for Arlington, they did not make it easy on their 08s academy (or Loudoun, VYS or Potomac) in their half of the bracket. It is far far tougher than the other half. |

Arlington easily in both top brackets. Pwsi is trash, SYC is overrated and can never beat Arlington, and Loudoun (need I say more). |
