Are you talking about the recent photo at the tiny desk or the video? the video is about 15 years ago, so its plausible diapers were thicker at that time. The tiny desk butt-photo, I agree with an earlier poster who said that Trump's rump looks like its in another stratosphere from the rest of his body.
