What do you consider as weight "maintenance" on the scale?

I weigh myself maybe weekly now because I eat about the same amount everyday and exercise everyday too. So I know my weight won’t fluctuate too much. If I get out of my routine (holiday, vacation, illness, etc), then I’ll weigh to see where I am.

Exactly. Something about going into the next set of numbers is my reality checker.
