Serious question: is there anything that can be done to stop this? They’re basically intending to drive around blocking up the roads and delaying people and causing traffic jams. They’re not actually trying to convince anyone to vote for doofus, they’re just intending to screw up traffic for everyone they dislike.

Isn’t this illegal? You can’t just have a protest to block traffic. That has to be some sort of crime or something, right? Why can’t police just arrest them?

Where the heck do you get 40%? Trump won 19% of the vote in MoCo in 2016. This is the most anti-Trump jurisdiction you can find. The whole caravan is just useless trolling the libs. Please, do spend your resources campaigning for Trump in Montgomery County.

Yes, this. Also, Trump recently said, because of the strong support he has in Long Island, he might be making a play for NY. I think that's a great idea. In fact, some of those dollars he's spending on PA should be redirected to NY. It's really possible!

unfortunately, if they are just driving around and obeying traffic laws, I don't think it's a legal issue. they are just trying to intimidate. there was one in baltimore a few weeks ago

I'm betting they will drive through upper county, down to Rockville (home of county court hosue), Potomac and Bethesda. No way in hell they are going to east county.
