Go to a practice. Watch the coaches and players keep social distance. Watch practice end. Watch players immediately hug, take selfies, etc. You’d be surprised just how many of us have already had COVID.

It is MoCo. PGCo and DC opened before MoCo. The County is just slow.

ECNL Boys has hinted at this to clubs. Nobody is saying anything official yet though.

Girls ECNL is exploring this as an option if needed.

Bethesda was scrimmaging northern VA teams right before Covid shut everything down. FCV, Mclean, Metro etc.

So if you are not allowed to play in MD you will play only away games?

MOCO is the outlier in a lot of things right now. Roller rinks, bowling alleys etc are still closed in MOCO but open in most surrounding counties.

Maybe it will be that BSC can play at MD united fields, but not vice versa.

Did FCV have to cancel practices because players had tested positive? Thought it was positive to know that parents were honest and club took Initiative. Some clubs are not mandating their club rules.

There will be no fall season and maybe no spring also. Many clubs with high infrastructure and salary costs will have to fold. The dead men walking in this forum just don’t realize it yet.
