Why doesn't Maryland enforce mask requirement?

Playgrounds have signs that masks are required but every time I pass one I see multiple kids and parents NOT wearing masks.

Hogan is trying to have it both ways by saying that Maryland was one of the first states to require masks but then doing hardly anything to enforce it this entire time. Doesn't want to upset his Ocean City supporters.

By the way, Worcester County (Ocean City location) has the highest positivity rate in the entire state at 7.26%. Time to start enforcing and shutting down bars state-wide, Larry.

Mr Hogan has done a great job balancing this. Masks are required indoors. You're looking for trouble where this isnt any.

Whats next, cops chasing down non-maskers (who I haven't seen any of)? All we need is one person of color to get stopped, point to a white person not wearing a mask, and we're off to the races. Pun intended.
