| Didn't this always air back to back with Shop Til You Drop? I'm going to need to see that one rebooted as well. Maybe shock some good old-fashioned American consumerism into an increasingly minimalist, budget-conscious society with a dwindling middle class. |
| I am absolutely horrified at some of the jingles I remember from 30 years ago. Marketing genius. Lost art. I couldn't tell you a single current-day jingle. |
| I met someone who won this show back in the day. He’s my hero. |

You should also let the folks in the Entertainment forum know this.
They will be happy. |
Like a good neighbor... |
| Go to the meat section first, always the meats! |
Yes, get the large prime cuts of meat and the huge cheese wheels. |
Yes!! I loved these shows when I was a kid. |
| Gosh, I remember loving this show when it was first on Lifetime. Must watch again. |
| MORE STRATEGIES. Come on people, what would your plan be?? |
| My only strategy is to NOT grind the coffee. That sh!t takes waaaaay too long. Get more meats instead. |
but it's $100! You can do that AND get meats. The bad thing is that there are no high dollar items near the coffee, and you have to keep a finger on the machine. I nest you can do is flick potato chip bags into your cart at the same time. |
You can’t leave the grinder. Its not worth it for the time it takes. You can easily get $100 worth of stuff in far less time. It would be interesting to see how many of the winners were coffee grinders... |
| Macadamia nuts! |

Pick up the mystery item (screens), and the blow up prop on the way. |
