You are welcome to stay in your bubble.

Not PP but it's not about staying in the bubble it's about people taking the proper precautions while returning to some sense of normalcy. I'm all about re-opening but we can't just jump from 0-100 when this thing is still being spread around.

Does not seem like anyone is going from 0-100. If so, we would have full tryouts and a regular summer season right now.

Cue the vanity song. The catastrophic impact of lockdown on children has been noted ad nauseum. Along with the extremely low risk that Corona presents to (a) children, and (b) in outdoor activities and (c) relative to a number of other risks that our children face. I don’t know what else to say other than 1. We all care for our kids and other kids (2) some of us view the physical, mental and psychological impact of lockdown as especially bad, and 3. We should be free to do as we wish absent clear and imminent threat to public health from flooding ERs. Back to school and back to fields for those who have a different view than you. But don’t think for one second that we don’t care as much if not more about children than you.

NO NO NO
You are selfishly only thinking about yourself and your need to see your child out competing and such

People are sick and fighting for their lives and all you want is to add to the problem and put others at risk for your own selfish interest

What is wrong with you people

dont you get it? STAY HOME!!! The earth is warming, sickness is all over and you can only think about yourself

What more needs to happen?

New posting here. It all depends on your club.

Bump - anyone have new information about Maryland clubs? I saw BSC had some info posted most others (Potomac, FCGB, MSI Academy, Rush) are either TBD or no info given. This would be tryouts for a player new to the club.

Since most clubs are accepting all returning players perhaps there are only limited slots to fill. I dont see an issue with 1 on 1 tryouts with a coach and player.

Email the coaches for your DC age group. They will let you know how they are handling new players.
