Cue the vanity song. The catastrophic impact of lockdown on children has been noted ad nauseum. Along with the extremely low risk that Corona presents to (a) children, and (b) in outdoor activities and (c) relative to a number of other risks that our children face. I don’t know what else to say other than 1. We all care for our kids and other kids (2) some of us view the physical, mental and psychological impact of lockdown as especially bad, and 3. We should be free to do as we wish absent clear and imminent threat to public health from flooding ERs. Back to school and back to fields for those who have a different view than you. But don’t think for one second that we don’t care as much if not more about children than you. [/quote]
