DS is taking his AP Gov exam today at 4pm on our computer, and he will type his essay.

All done now. DC also took this. No hiccups as far as I know.

Same for DD, everything went fine.

My twins just finished AP Government. They weren't thrilled with the questions, but they think they did okay. No technical issues. Whew. 1 down, 4 more to go....

My kid just finished AP Gov't as well, but had a problem with submission. Something about not being able to submit the first question, the website kept refreshing. He got question two in, and threw his answer to #1 in that (I didn't see the format at all) with a note, and is on the phone now with College Board. Who has a recording saying if you are a student who couldn't submit, hang up and register for the make-up exam.

Ack! I hope they grade both questions. Good for him for throwing in two on one page.

On a scale of 1 to 20 maybe.

No, Silly. APs are scored out of 5.

And results come out in July. So the above was a joke.

Apparently iPhone photos can’t be uploaded directly. That bug should have been identified earlier. They can be emailed and then uploaded. At least the link to request a new exam has been fixed.

How much cheating went on? Can’t you just hire a tutor to do the exam for your kid? Some parents will stop at nothing to give junior a leg up

My son has AP World coming up in another couple of weeks. They give them 45 minutes to read five articles, write an entire essay, and submit. It's insane. At the very least, they should be given a full hour or even more.

DD took AP Gov yesterday and uploaded with an iPhone without any problems.
