| Water, water, water. Every time I go to the kitchen, I drink a glass of water. I pee a lot. |

Intermittent fasting helps me. I’m on a 12-8 or 11-7 eating window. I watch calories within the window too but really need a bright line cut off in the evening to stop the mindless snacking.
I’m also the only person I know who isn’t drinking every night during this whole situation. That helps too. |
| Have a late breakfast. Start eating at 10:30 instead of 7:00 am and it makes it easier to eat less the rest of the day. |
| Wear tight jeans and tailored clothes even at home. Don't wear pregnant woman wardrobe, unless you're pregnant. |

1. No food, milk, or juice is permitted in any bedrooms in our house at any time. This is one of the very few things that my otherwise laid back DH has always been intense about. Only water, tea, and coffee. And I really had to fight for the tea and coffee exceptions.
2. I work from home all day in my bedroom. 3. I have an overwhelming amount of work and often don't make it out for lunch. |

Ramadan starts on Friday. I'm not Muslim but I decided to fast at that time with millions of other people, instead of alone. Basically, it's intermittent fasting which has huge health benefits, but also an added benefit for many would be weight loss. I've done it once before and it was amazing. I'm a post-menopausal woman and nothing has worked but giving up grains/sugar/alcohol, and fasting.
I am drinking water during the day, though, just because I'm too chicken to not too. |
Drink water, diet soda causes cancer. Google it. |
