His wife had it. I would assume it's very easy to get a test one someone in the house already has tested positive. |
I had the same. Lost 12 lbs. started with body aches and just feeling awful. In bed five days, then gi issues followed by awful cough that would not go away. |
| It is not easy to get a test in MD. My dad and mom are in a nursing facility on a flood with people who have COVID. They are not being tested, and neither are the care givers. Madness - there is no way to contain it if you don’t know who has it in a facility like that. |
He’s a multi-millionaire news anchor on ABC who is well connected to the Clintons. Do the math. |
Pretty good odds he has access to other therapies like preventive Chloroquine or plasma meds? Who knows. We won't. |
It is a very simple principle really.. if you are important enough you don't need to look for the test, the test will look for you. It is the rest of the little tinny people who wants to get tested and can not. At this point it feels like all the celebrities that claim to have Covid should tell us more about how and when and why they got tested then anything else as at this point it feels like there is surely something funny going on if rich and famous people can get tested right away but a front line nurse, or a caregiver or parent of little kids can not. Some kind of equality among those who wants to project themselves as warriors of one. |

No. VA has one of the more generous shut down orders. I think other states will extend theirs. There is proof this is working. No one wants to drag this out, but we may need to. And then we need a good plan for slowly opening up.
Trump is saying open in May to appease people who believe everything he says. He knows the states will stay closed. This way he can pretend like the governors are the bad guys. |
You don’t flatten the curve forever. Eventually you do go back and likely sooner than later |
His wife was sick with it, so he was tested as well. Not exactly conspiracy theory material. |
Wow, both the chest tightness and the GI issues are well-known COVID symptoms. Are you not reading up on this? The loss of appetite is lesser-known than loss of smell, but yes, that's a symptom, too. If it's the weight loss you are bitter about, you'll be happy to know that most of it came back fairly quickly. Sorry I wasn't sicker for you, PP.

Seriously, he's not even close with the Clintons. Ever read All Too Human? |

I know so many people locally (I'm in FL) where I live, that were sick from late Jan onwards. No one was testing positive for flu and were all told that it was 'respitory'.
In early March, I thought my allergies had gone nuts (the oak trees were blooming), I was coughing and exhausted and got pinkeye. Then, had a day of terrible diarheaa and fever, followed by a dull stomach ache and weird taste for days. I'll never know I guess. I didn't call the dr, I assumed I had the 'crud' going around. |
| Approximately 3% of the population will test +. Most of you did not have it. |
| Most of our lungs are on the back. That’s why you want to sleep on your abdomen when you have pneumonia. Back pain is a common Covid symptom. |
I guess we'll never freaking know as the tests won't be available, now will we? |
