Wow, both the chest tightness and the GI issues are well-known COVID symptoms. Are you not reading up on this? The loss of appetite is lesser-known than loss of smell, but yes, that's a symptom, too.

If it's the weight loss you are bitter about, you'll be happy to know that most of it came back fairly quickly.
