I worry about what countries they are selling/trading supplies to before meeting the needs of all 50 states. Jared in charge of these flights of shipments. We will never know who they are prioritizing over the lives of Americans.

This is a very curious case. The fact that Massachusetts has not made a much bigger stink about it, and generally using very ambiguous language to describe their frustration, tells me that there is something else going on. They are not even asking to be "reimbursed".

Yes. My guess is that’s why Kushner was saying the National stockpile is “ours,” and not for distribution to the states, who somehow should’ve known this in advance and been out there paying the premium to get these supplies on the open market. Because the Trumps have other plans, possibly already sold or distributed many of the supplies in the national stockpile. JFC.

Sure no doubt that's what Mass. was trying to accomplish. However, I'm just pointing out that the seizure is not being called unjustified, they are dancing around the issue even though they are clearly unhappy about it. So my inclination is that this story is more than meets the eye and that people who are quick to blame Trump for some nefarious behavior are jumping the gun.
