| Not the same year that they hired one for RHOC. Save it for the next kid in a few years. |
Ha ha! You’re clearly American. In Wales and England (and Scotland and Northern Ireland) the distinction is always made! |

I would consider it for a middle but probably wouldnt do it as a first name. But then I have Briony/Bryony on my middle list.
|
| It's awkward to say. Doesn't roll gracefully off the tongue. |
| I really like it. Actually considered it for my daughter. |
| I think it's a lovely name. |
|
I don't like it, personally. The only Bronwyns that I have personally known have been hot messes.
Perhaps, it's the associations that I have with the name that give me such a negative opinion? But I also don't care for Brianna, either. |
| It's a beautiful name that I've loved since reading How Green Was My Valley about mining in Wales. It was turned into a lovely film in 1941. Ronnie or Bronnie or Wynnie could be nicknames. Alas I only had boys. |
My Polish great-uncle was named Bronson, if you are looking for a similar male name. |
| I personally love it, because you do not hear it that often. I did not even think about the RHOC connection, despite watching the show sometimes. |
| I knew a Bronwyn.definitely not my taste for a name. She was very pretty so she made up for it. |
Oh God no to all those nicknames. |
+1. Silly Yank. Thought she was making some points putting someone down and it backfired. |
| I think it’s a great name! Knew a little Bronwyn in our last town and so cute. |
I like it, but then again I have a cat named Bryony. |
