There is confusion about the pronunciation because of the "a" which is obviously a vowel. Typically you would not pronounce the "t" in "pret" but since it's followed by a vowel you make the elision.

11:21 - YES. If not for the a, I would not pronounce the t. Like you wouldn't pronounce the Ts in merlot or petit verdot.
