I like that too. |
I’m the PP who suggested the “ugly” Nordstrom necklace. Different strokes I guess. I think hearts are cheesy and juvenile. |

I wear a silver locket on a silver chain every day. My kids' baby pictures are inside.

NP. Agree with you, I like the pear necklace. The hearts are too 16 year old. |
Agree. The heart is something a high schooler would wear |
I have a single Tahitian pearl pendant like that and I agree it is quite versatile. |
I think the only people who wear the bean or the open heart necklace are teenage girls. |

Catbird has some pretty necklaces that would work for everyday:

I also like these pearl pendants. |
I like this
Wouldn't personally do the bean. It reminds me of my sorority days. |

The Tiffany necklaces just scream “I have no real personal style but want to appear like I have some money”
Tiffany—and more importantly the very recognizable designs like the bean or heart—was so over in 2006. |

I look forward to having my style insulted but this came up as an ad a n Instagram for me and I like it a lot https://vrai.com/products/inner-truth-medallion?variant=31401506537565
There’s also a Harriet Tubman necklace that I really want but I can’t recall the brand. It’s in their “goddess” collection, whatever the brand. |
| Roberto Coin has a few cute ones. |
|
I have a teeny tiny peace sign made of diamonds that I bought for myself when I got my first real job. It's a little more refined than the Roberto Coin one and I love it so much.
I realize that someone people will roll their eyes at the peace sign, but it makes me happy. The Tiffany bean, Elsa Peretti cross and heart were all bridesmaids gifts when I was just out of college. I haven't worn them in years, but seeing them in this thread makes me want to pull them out because the pictures reminded me of such happy events. Thanks for the memories!
