I can't speak for this doctor, but given the choice between a nymphomaniac wife who cheats on me but is wild in bed, or my wife who is faithful but uninterested in sex unless we are on vacation and the circumstances are perfect, I would choose the first one.

I know a doctor couple who sound like this. Apparently she doesn't give out to the doctor at all, in other words, she's not a "cheating hot nympho". She's just a cheating ho-bag.
